HCR has announced that $100 MILLION from the New York State Housing Acceleration Fund is now available for low-cost, construction financing to accelerate the production of mixed-income housing.  Eligible co-lender applicants with experience in the underwriting, originating, and servicing of construction loans for the development of mixed-income, multifamily rental properties may submit applications until 5 PM on Thursday, September 18th.
